  1. What if I have a payoff on my vehicle, will you still buy it? 

Yes. Our team will work with you to determine the correct payoff with your lender and process the payoff for you. However, we cannot disperse any money to you until we receive the title from your lender. This process can take a few weeks, but as soon as we have a title you will receive any remaining equity in your vehicle. 

  1. What if I owe more money on my vehicle than your offer? 

In this scenario, you would need to pay the difference between our offer for the vehicle and your payoff. If this isn’t possible, you will probably want to consider trading the vehicle instead of selling it outright. Either way, our team will work with you to find the best solution. 

  1. What if my vehicle doesn’t run? 

At this time we are only interested in purchasing vehicles that are in good running condition, from model year 2005 or newer, and with less than 150,000 miles. So, if your vehicle does not meet these qualifications we cannot buy it from you. We can get you an appointment with our state-of-the-art service center and have one of our technicians help you get it running. 

  1. Do I have to bring the vehicle in to get an offer? 

No. We can communicate with you through our website, email, or phone to gather the necessary information needed to make an offer. Once we have agreed to a price, then you will need to bring the vehicle in for final verification and to complete the sale. Our specialists will look at the vehicle to verify that it was described accurately and that our offer is good. As long as it checks out we will buy it on the spot. 

  1. Do you buy all makes and models?
